Want to go Wiking this weekend?

WIKING.
The new trend for hiking in the pacific northwest.

Rogue Wilderness Hiking offers a wine hike on the Rogue River trail. It is a 4 day trip and you end up hiking 40 miles by the end. Each night, you stay at a different lodge and have various wine tastings. Rogue Wilderness is located near Grants Pass, Oregon. While on the hike, you may see beavers, black bears and otters!

40 miles too much? In mid- July, they are offering a 9 mile tour more centered on wine tasting in the southern Willamette Valley. Read all about it in the NY times.
