Recently, I have come across another way that you can easily cut your sweatshirt.
On PS I made this (thanks for the find Fele!) she takes a plain gray crew neck sweatshirt and turns it into something completely new.
She has her own how to video channel as well!!
Rae Faith has also designed a super cute top with cut out shoulders, but she added some pizzaz to it with some great bead detail. LOVE IT.
